Enroll Fingerprints for Employees

In order for an employee to be able to use their fingerprint as a password and to clock in they must be enrolled.  This should be completed by management following the steps below. 

Enroll Employee Fingerprints

1. Click Employee Tab

2. From the left hand side select employee name

3. Click enroll 

4. Follow scanners instructions. 

If you are not at the location, you may connect to the location remotely using a platform such as Kaseya.  To follow these steps and instruct the employee over the phone to place finger on scanner as prompted.
